Essential oils are organic compounds extracted from plants with amazing healing properties. Some of my favorites are lavender, frankincense, grapefruit, peppermint and tea tree oil! There are so many things you can do once you learn the proper way of using oils. 

Frankincense - I love the smell of this! I either put some in my laundry or run it in the diffuser! It also helps your mood if your feeling down!

Tea Tree Oil - Tea Tree oils is a natural disinfectant so its perfect for killing germs, purifying the air and just opening up your airways. 

Peppermint - The great thing about essential oils is that you do not have to always put them on your skin. You can literally just put the bottle up to your skin and smell it! I do this when I am feeling tired or need a boost! 

Grape Fruit - Mix 24 drops with 24 drops of tea tree oil and 1 cup of baking soda. You now have bathtub cleaner! 

Tips : 

1. Always dilute the oil that your using with a carrier oil.  ( coconut oil, jojoba, olive etc. ) 

2. A little goes a long way! 

3. Never digest unless directed by a doctor 

4. Just because it says pure doesn't mean anything. 

5. Store in a dark and cold place! They will last longer!
